Join nowBeen listening to Mike for 2 years now, I feel like he has taught me everything I know about training, technique tempo form etc. I trust Mike and feel like he has been a mentor to me even though I don’t know him personally. I know there is a lot for me to learn within this app for example there’s a video talking about de load weeks, rep ranges all sorts, so far I think this app is extremely detailed. anyway I will come back here and leave my updated opinion on this app in 2 months. And I’ll leave my progression from now to then to let you know if this app will help you achieve your goals.

I started using THRST whilst going to the gym however due to circumstances that became difficult. I became really lazy and hopeless as I couldn’t figure out how I could get a good workout I didn’t trust the home workouts at first but now after doing them I get as good or better exercise from the comfort of my home.

Okay, a bit of a blunt title as I never have been trained by a PT. I’ve just trained with a few training partners BUT this is an amazing app.The intensity that this puts you through is like no other and for £75 for the month that is a complete steal. The workout plans, the receipts and the videos are fantastic. This is a genuine PT in the pocket. I have completed 3 days of this app and I haven’t felt a burn like it in training for over a yearCould not recommend this enough. Fantastic fantastic fantastic app. Love you Mike!

After much pondering on what app to use for training I have trialed a month on this app. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, this platform is well laid out and intuative. Work outs are clear and the videos from various angles really help. The meal plan side is very good and the recipes are great and ingredients are readily available in the UK. 5 stars excellent app looking forward to 2023
